NT&AS Team Managers provide a single point of contact for teachers, schools and families ensuring that information shared is consistent.
Teachers are carefully matched to ensure they can meet the young person’s needs. Teachers are managed and supported by Team Managers and subject coordinators who have extensive experience in working with pupils with SEND and SEMH. Teachers form positive relationships with families and schools; they have excellent curriculum knowledge and sound understanding of the requirements of schools. NT&AS retains a consistent group of teachers providing continuity for children and young people.
