Exam Access and Inclusion

NT&AS believes that every learner deserves access to fair assessment, and our dedicated team ensures that inclusion is embedded in both everyday learning and formal examinations. We view reasonable adjustments and personalised support as essential tools for educational success, not exceptions.

NT&AS is committed to removing barriers to learning and assessment. Our approach ensures that children and young people with additional needs, disabilities, or language barriers can access exams fairly and confidently.

We work closely with schools, colleges, and exam boards to:

  • Identify the specific needs of each learner

  • Arrange appropriate exam access arrangements (e.g., extra time, adapted materials, scribe or reader support)

  • Provide guidance and support for staff and families to implement arrangements effectively

NT&AS is a registered exams centre with a dedicated Examinations Manager, ensuring all procedures meet regulatory standards and exams run smoothly.
