Health and Social Care Collaboration

Working together to safeguard, support, and empower children and young people.

NT&AS recognises that safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people requires close collaboration across health, social care, education, and mental health services.

Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures that children, young people, and families receive coordinated, holistic support. By sharing expertise, insights, and strategies, teams can respond effectively to complex needs and vulnerabilities.
