NT&AS Team Around the child

Teachers experienced in working with children and young people with complex educational and personal needs are carefully matched to the young person. Teachers receive a high level of support from NT&AS’ team of professionals, including Team Managers, who coordinate the process and provide risk management and inclusion expertise. Subject specialists; SEND specialists and assessors; curriculum and exam access coordinators; safeguarding leads and advisors are always available.  Teachers delivering sessions are supported and supervised within this team context to ensure young people receive tailored education in a safe environment maintaining high aspirations and expectations.
